In this blog, I will be creating multiple quick sketches of the human body, anatomy, costumes, etc. The class that this is for is called Cafe Sketch at the Columbus College of Art and Design; feel free to browse and comment at your leisure!

"In class" #14
In class I wasn't able to make it to the Ballet Met so I went to the local dog park by 4th.
Jordan, My vote is for the bottom left dog... good form, good overlap and decent variety in the line weight - plus, there's some of the dog's surroundings to place it in a context. I would have liked to see more from this session - when working on a specific single type of animal, don't hesitate to develop head studies and lighter drawings focusing on movement.
I like the the dog at the bottom right the best; it has the most character. Good job for drawing more animals.
